People moves: Price joins PGIM Real Estate as senior portfolio manager | News

PGIM Real EstateRichard Price has been appointed MD and international equity senior portfolio manager. He will work in partnership with the portfolio management teams of PGIM Real Estate’s European, Latin American and Asia Pacific strategies, focusing on the coordination of investment themes and opportunities on behalf of the firm’s global investors. Price brings more than 25 years of global real estate experience to PGIM Real Estate. Most recently, he served as the co-head of BGO’s prop-tech innovation and investment team and was the COO of BGO’s global capital raising and investor relations group. Prior to BGO, he was a senior advisor to the Accord Group, and before that, served for a decade in Hong Kong as the CEO of CBRE Global Investors, Asia Pacific. Price has also held management positions at ING Clarion in New York and ING Real Estate Investment Management in Europe and started his career at Brooke Hillier Parker in Hong Kong and Beijing.

CTPJovan Radosavljevic has been appointed managing director for Romania. Radosavljevic joins CTP from Coca-Cola HBC, where he spent 26 years in different roles, including six years as the company’s head of operations in Romania. He also held other senior roles for the company including sales director for Romania and general manager in North Macedonia.

Columbia Threadneedle InvestmentsIan Kelley is leaving Columbia Threadneedle Investments to establish his own European real estate company. Kelley initially founded the Paris office of BMO Real Estate Partners in 2015 to create a European real estate platform, which later became part of Columbia Threadneedle Investments in 2021 following a change in shareholder. Kelley’s experience spans across leading firms including CBRE Investment Management, Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield, Bouygues Immobilier and Polo Ralph Lauren.

Tri7 – The UK value-add real estate investment and asset management firm has appointed Ben Beck as partner. Beck joins from Blue Coast Capital and will launch Tri7’s new office investment business, TriOffice, in which he will assume the role of managing partner. As a director at Blue Coast Capital, Ben was responsible for UK value-add and opportunistic commercial property investments. Prior to this, Beck worked at Columbia Threadneedle where he was responsible for sourcing, analysing and transacting property investments across a number of pooled UK balanced funds and closed ended private equity vehicles.

The Association for Rental Living — Helen Kings, chartered director and founder of boutique consultancy and advisory firm Kings Residential will serve as chair. Harry Swales, director and head of residential at Dorrington, has been appointed as vice chair and treasurer. Cyrille West, Eversheds Sutherland’s head of build to rent, London and a member of the firm’s living sector group has been appointed to provide legal expertise on the new board. Karen Cooksley has been appointed to lead the board on governance. Cooksley also holds a series of non-executive appointments including with the Edmund de Rothschild-backed Funding Affordable Housing, Housing Association. Martin Bellinger has been appointed to serving as an independent voice on the board. Bellinger is one of the founders of Essential Living as well as is a founding director of Goodstone Living. Stephanie Smith, the head of living sector at Hubbl, completes the new board appointments in the role of secretary. Smith, also chair of the firm’s equality, diversity and inclusion committee.

SavillsNick Edgar and David Cunningham have bben appointed to focus on corporate finance, growth capital and project finance, and will provide strategic and financial advisory services to clients in the cleantech and renewables sector.  Edgar and Cunningham will join Savills as co-heads of Savills Earth Capital Advisors. xpertise in cleantech and renewables. The duo have over 20 years’ experience each in banking, equity capital markets, consultancy and buyside roles. With expertise working in large professional practice, as well within an energy focussed finance boutique, Edgar has worked buyside in both venture capital in the technology sector, and structured finance in the renewables industry. Cunningham’s background includes time in the City of London as an Extel rated number one equity analyst in cleantech and renewables, as well as spending nine years advising on large infrastructure deals across wind, solar, battery storage, optimisation strategies, energy efficiency, biomass, biofuels, gridtech and the hydrogen supply chain.

Link LogisticsShannon Jensen has been appointed EVP and general counsel and Bridgette Moore as chief people officer. Jensen will oversee all legal matters for Link Logistics, including acquisitions, dispositions, financings, leasing, litigation and insurance matters. Jensen joins Link Logistics from Realty Income Corporation where she served as SVP, associate general counsel and acted as lead attorney on the company’s strategic initiatives. Moore will lead all aspects of Link Logistics’ people strategy, including talent acquisition, employee development and organizational culture. She joins Link Logistics from Scorpion where she served as chief people officer.  

Indurent – The UK logistics developer has appointed Simon Ross as head of portfolio management. The promotion will also see Ross join Indurent’s executive leadership team. In his new role, Ross will oversee all asset and property management activity across Indurent’s portfolio. As part of the executive team, Ross will also help guide and execute Indurent’s overall business strategy. Ross has worked as deputy head of portfolio management at Indurent since its launch in July, following the completion of the integration of St Modwen Logistics and Industrials REIT.  Prior to this, Ross was head of asset management at Industrials REIT, which he joined in 2017 as part of the acquisition of C2 Capital.

EvoniteJosé Pellicer, who recently led the global investment strategy at M&G Real Estate, has joined a newly formed European value-add real estate investment management firm, as a founding partner alongside Chris Warren. Pellicer joins Evonite as partner, focusing on strategy and Warren will take on the role of partner responsible for finance and operations, joining from Realty Income where he was head of finance for Europe. Before joining M&G Real Estate in 2019 in a newly created investment strategy role, Pellicer was the former head of research at Patrizia. He was a partner and head of research at Rockspring Property Investment Managers from May 2011 to May 2018 before it was acquired by Patrizia, from May 2011 to May 2018.  His previous roles include working as research and strategy director at AEW Europe and as vice president at Goldman Sachs. Prior to a two-year stint at Realty Income, Warren worked at Rockspring and Patrizia between 2004-2008 and 2010-2021 where he led fund accounting and regulatory teams, co-launched multiple funds and joint ventures, as well as overseeing all corporate transactions. He also worked for Fidelity Investments as finance manager, assisting in the launch and implementation of their direct real estate investment business.

Garbe — Chenhui Xia has been appointed MD to lead a newly opened office in Singapore. Chenhui previously served as executive director at an Asian investment manager, where he focused on capital raising and portfolio management. In his new role, Chenhui will focus on building relationships with investors, driving capital procurement, and supporting business development initiatives. The new office is Garbe’s first location outside of Europe.     

Turner & Townsend — Bettina Würfel has been appointed to the role of managing director, with responsibility for the operational business of the global professional services company across both Germany and Austria. Würfel joined Turner & Townsend in 2003 and has over two decades of experience in the built environment in Germany, Austria, France, Switzerland, and the US. For the last six years she has led Turner & Townsend’s Munich office. Würfel succeeds Stefan Reimoser who was at the Turner & Townsend helm in Germany and Austria for the past 12 years. Reimoser has recently taken over responsibility to lead on business development with a particular focus on major projects and programmes in the local markets.

Kajima EuropeChris Gill has been appointed MD of the firm’s partnerships business. Gill will also oversee Kajima Partnerships’ investments and operations in Ireland. Gill will continue in his role as head of renewables at Kajima Europe, where he has been instrumental in launching and expanding Kajima’s renewables business across the UK and Europe.
