Mr. Menhart currently serves as the Vice President of Finance for systems, process transformation and AI implementation at Kyndryl Inc., a position he accepted at the end of 2025. In this role, he helps develop new capabilities and functionalities within the company’s financial systems, handling process transformation and implementing artificial intelligence within finance. His expertise in enterprise transformation and legacy applications transition to SAP platform has proven instrumental in driving innovation and efficiency throughout the organization. Mr. Menhart is particularly proud of his leadership exercised through various countries and cultures from Slovakia to Bulgaria and currently to the United States, a ten year period marked by significant organizational transformation. During this time, he successfully completed several high-impact projects, including those related to IBM Finance Agile Accelerate, Kyndryl spin-off, fiscal year change and SAP implementation which were critical to the company’s evolution.
Before progressing to his current position, Mr. Menhart excelled as the director of financial systems and process transformation at Kyndryl Inc. from 2023 to 2025. In this capacity, he led key initiatives focused on optimizing financial processes and integrating advanced technologies into the company’s operations. From 2021 to 2023, he held dual responsibilities as the Director of finance in corporate team and SAP implementation lead at the firm, where he expertly handled the deployment of SAP solutions across multiple business units and advanced his reputation as an expert in ERP transition & transformation. Additionally, from 2021 to 2023, Mr. Menhart served as the director of finance and CHQ finance analyst at Kyndryl Inc., overseeing corporate headquarters financial analysis and supporting strategic decision-making at the executive level.
In each successive position at Kyndryl Inc., Mr. Menhart relied on earlier experience with IBM, which he first joined in 2009, and where he progressed through titles with increasing responsibility. From 2019 to 2021, he was a Worldwide IBM Services Performance Insights finance manager, providing global oversight of financial performance metrics and analytics for one of the company’s business lines. Between 2017 and 2019, Mr. Menhart worked as a Global Technology Services finance manager and Nordic Consolidation manager at IBM Europe Finance Centers in Sofia, Bulgaria, where he managed regional financial consolidation efforts and supported business growth strategies.
In 2016, Mr. Menhart was appointed the Global Technology Services finance manager and global account Chief Financial Officer at IBM Europe Finance Centers in Bratislava, Slovakia, where he directed financial operations for major international accounts. From 2014 to 2016, Mr. Menhart served as the Global Business Services United Kingdom and Ireland end-to-end finance manager with the same organization, leading comprehensive financial management initiatives across multiple areas from contract management, spend management to budget and financial consolidation.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Menhart was the United Kingdom and Ireland GBS team leader and consolidation specialist at IBM Europe Finance Centers in 2014. From 2012 to 2014, he acted as GBS Europe revenue consolidation lead at IBM Europe Finance Centers, ensuring accurate revenue reporting across European markets, and in 2012, he coordinated financial capacity models and resource allocation for Europe’s Global Business Services at IBM Europe Finance Centers. Additionally, from 2010 to 2012, Mr. Menhart was the signing and backlog coordinator for Global Business Services for the same division across Southwest Europe, after initiating his professional journey as Germany’s Global Business Services signing and backlog analyst in 2009.
An enduring dedication to continuous learning drove Mr. Menhart to pursue academic excellence, and he holds a Master’s degree in Econometrics and Quantitative Economics from Slovak Agriculture University, faculty of Economics and Management completed in 2009. Additionally, Mr. Menhart has secured an array of professional credentials, including certifications such as Chartered Global Management Accountant from AICPA and CIMA in 2024; Blue Core coach from IBM in 2019; IBM Europe finance Internal Coach in 2018; IBM certified manager in 2017; and Lean Six Sigma yellow belt from IBM in 2012.
An array of accolades further define Mr. Menhart’s profile, including the Heart of Kyndryl Award, multiple certifications of appreciation from IBM for performance excellence. He attributes his achievements to the guidance of inspirational leaders who offered him opportunities for growth, constructive feedback and challenging assignments, and he credits personal determination and an unwavering commitment to excellence. He also firmly believe that none of his achievements and success would be possible without an unconditional support from his wife, Iveta, who supported him since the very first days at IBM in 2009. Mr. Menhart further acknowledges that his initial decision to pursue economics was influenced by mutual discussions with his parents, who recognized his aptitude for numbers and problems solving.
Driven to serve, Mr. Menhart regularly seeks opportunities for civic engagement; to this end, he volunteers at children’s schools and is an active blood donor. On a personal level, he is an avid reader and enjoys spending time with his family, including his wife and two children. As he looks toward the future, Mr. Menhart aims to advance artificial intelligence technologies within finance through generative AI applications that benefit industry professionals while continuing to grow as a leader following his recent promotion to Vice President.
