Derek Postin of Savona Winds Drive in Delray Beach — in the community of Saturnia Isles — was taken into custody late Friday evening. He remains in the Palm Beach County Jail Saturday morning.
Postin, according to jail records provided to BocaNewsNow.com, is facing one count of battery. It was not immediately clear what relationship, if any, Postin has with the alleged victim.
