The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Eildon, a highly regarded and ambitious organisation, in a pivotal leadership role as Finance Manager focused on maintaining and enhancing our financial strength and resilience which provides the bedrock to the delivery of our strategy and enables us to respond effectively to opportunities and challenges as they arise.

The role involves leading the delivery of a high-quality and customer-focused finance and payroll function, with a strong focus on supporting and enabling colleagues and promoting continuous improvement; encompassing the Eildon values of Caring, Committed, Connected, and Creative.

Our Finance Manager is responsible for leading the delivery of strong financial stewardship and supporting effective decision-making within Eildon, working closely with the Executive Team and senior Leadership Group.

About You

You will need to be a qualified accountant with a recognised accounting body (e.g., ICAS, ACA, ACCA, CIMA).

You will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and demonstrate the ability to collaborate effectively across a wide range of internal and external stakeholders. You will be forward looking and have a continuous improvement focus with strong analytical and controllership skills.

Furthermore, you will demonstrate a breadth of experience which includes overseeing financial control, preparation of statutory and management reporting, developing and delivering financial planning, as well as using financial modelling and analysis to influence decision making.
